Julia meets Nikhil (and really, really, really wants to hold him!).
While Alvaro was at work, we walked through our neighborhood to a forest trail that leads to a playground. Julia made friends from some ducks along the way!
Nikhil slept through it all, worn by his tia Carmen!
They went into town to explore a bit and were promptly rear-ended by a rather unalert woman. I've always said that driving in NC is hazardous! (We're still waiting to get our car back.) Julia is enjoying the makeshift sled while waiting for the cab.
We spent a few hours on the Weaver Street Market lawn, enjoying sushi, bubbly and ice cream.
Now, Nikhil only has six more cousins to meet!
